Big changes at the top for CGU

After announcing a new company structure last month, CGU Insurance has today announced five more senior appointments.
- John Evans - General Manager, Retail
- Darren Maher - General Manager, Corporate
- Donna Walker - General Manager, Technical Services
- Ben Bessell - General Manager, Claims
- Anna Lowe - General Manager, Business Services
Coupled with this announcement is the news that four members of the CGU leadership team will shortly be leaving the company.
The new structure of CGU Insurance is focused on five core business units and four support units. These five units are Retail, Corporate, Workers Compensation, Financial Institutions & Affinity (FI&A) and Swann Insurance. The support units are Claims, Technical Services, Human Resources and Business Services.
"For our distribution partners and their customers, it's very much business as usual, and CGU is focused on delivering outstanding products and services," said Mr Duncan West, CGU Insurance Chief Executive Officer.
CGU Insurance is part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG)
